All services are non-refundable once rendered. However, if you have any concerns about your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and offer a complimentary adjustment if appropriate. Your satisfaction is important to us!
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows also forfeit deposits and may require full payment before rebooking.
Before any chemical service, a consultation and waiver are required. While we take every precaution to maintain the health of your hair, chemical services carry inherent risks. The salon is not liable for damage resulting from previous color, chemical treatments, or unreported at-home products that may affect results.
We offer adjustments within 7 days of your original service, at the stylist’s discretion. Adjustments are not available for changes of mind or results affected by outside factors (e.g., swimming, home products, or other salon visits).
